Mindfulness is the art of living with full awareness of the present moment.

Mindfulness practices help us combat stress and anxiety by teaching us to ground ourselves in the moment-by-moment thoughts and feelings that accompany us throughout the day. Once we are able to recognize our moods and self-talk, we can work toward healthy mindset shifts.

And when we operate from a healthy mindset, we experience less stress and anxiety. This, in turn, lowers cortisol levels, the “fight-or-flight” stress hormone that can cause inflammation in the body when activated over a long period of time.

A healthy mindset allows us to connect more deeply with others, build stronger resilience, and live a life of joy and abundance.

 COACHING PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Here’s what to expect.

Each week for 12 weeks, we’ll meet for a 60-minute one-to-one coaching session. This will take place through Zoom or a phone call. For those clients local to the Tucson, AZ area, meeting in-person is an option.

At the end of each session, we’ll identify 2 - 3 goals to work on in the following week. I will offer exercises and resources to aid in your success in reaching those goals each week. Successful clients typically invest 2 - 5 hours into their growth in this program each week.

MY SIGNATURE COACHING PROGRAM HAS A 3-PHASE FOCUS STRUCTURE:

PHASE ONE.

Preparation Phase:

— Discover your strengths through proven assessment tools

— Learn from resources and exercises tailored to your individual goals

PHASE TWO.

Healing Phase:

— Incorporate mindfulness practices into your dietary and sleep habits

— Create achievable plans for exercise and movement based on body positivity principles

PHASE THREE.

Action Phase:

— Identify your goals and create an actionable plan to achieve them

— Structure your daily routines to support the new practices you’ve cultivated

ABOUT YOUR MINDSET COACH

MATT DOXEY, M.S. Psych.

My name is Matt Doxey, and I’m your Healthy Mindset Warrior coach.

I have struggled with challenges like extreme anxiety, stress, and depression for almost my entire life.

I knew my life didn’t have to be ruled by my struggles. I just didn’t know HOW to step into the life I’d always wanted to lead.

Can you relate?

But then I learned the power of mindfulness.

Once I began incorporating mindfulness practices into my own life—in addition to a holistic focus on exercise and nutrition—I was better able to fight my anxious thoughts and feelings.

Yes, stress and anxiety still come up in my day—that’s just part of being human. But by recognizing and identifying these thoughts and moods when they do arise, I am not ruled by them, like I was in the past.
Now, I’m ready to guide you to the same freedom I have experienced through mastering my mindset.

While individual time investments vary, my clients typically dedicate between 2 - 5 hours each week to their transformation within this program.

+ Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I do! I offer a one-time payment option of $1500 or a payment plan of $550 per month for 3 months. If we decide to work together after the initial discovery call, we’ll discuss payment plan options.

+ What is your refund policy?

All investments in this coaching program are final. During our initial discovery call, we’ll make sure this program is the right fit for your growth goals. This ensures that you’ll feel confident in your decision to commit to this coaching program.
